New to sanCheck? Follow the steps below to set your location and configure your own outdoor-activity rules and notifications.
The first time you open the app, it asks for location permission. Allow it and the "Current location" chip shows weather automatically. Even without permission, you can search for and add any area with "Add location (+)".
In Settings → Weather Indicators, tap "Create" to build your own rule by combining conditions like temperature, precipitation, and air quality. You can share your rule with others via a code, or import one on another device.
In Settings → Notifications, choose your preferred times and alert conditions, then turn notifications on to receive push alerts for your registered area's forecast.
In Settings → Dust Standard, switch between WHO Extended (default), WHO 2021, and Korea MOE standards.
In Settings → Units, customize temperature (°C/°F), precipitation (mm/in), wind (m/s, km/h, mph), and clock format (24h/12h) — or switch all at once with the Korea/US/International presets.
No app store required — install directly from your browser. See the FAQ on the About page for detailed installation steps.
